Building professional relationships is a skill like any other. Nobody should approach anything with the mindset of “because I’m this and that way I can’t do it”. Screw that, just go for it. Practice makes perfect and they’re called social skills for a reason. They’re skills like any other.

It would be nice if the FAA makes it mandatory for those people monitoring pilots on their phones to broadcast their location and ip address. This doesn't solve the problem but it would also make them worried about monitoring drones. We don't want them to know our location neither do they. It should add to our safety a little bit. The public needs to broadcast their location when using their phones to monitor pilots

WHY????? It does work with Phantom 4 pro version 2,0. So how can we trust your other comments? Mavic 2 Pro also works! I would like to know if it works with new mavic Mini 4K. If you can muster up factual details? I have the controller and would love to know what I can use with it. Please step it up! Great video…just have a question. I wanted to get into mapping. I’m a surveyor. At work we use the Mavic 3E and AeroPoints. I wanted to get into mapping on my own as a side business but I can’t afford a Mavic 3E and Aeropointa just yet. Can I achieve similar results with other DJI drones, such as the Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic Air 3, Mavic Air 2S? At least until I get some consistent clients and then maybe upgrade the drone? Thanks for the help.

This is a feature I've wanted in my drones. I like to take progress photos of a house being built. I'd like to set geo locations(height, angle camera, zoom, etc), label that location and press a button. It jumps to that spot and takes that picture for me. Also aerial time lapse. I'd love stationary aerial of a project. When the batteries die the drone comes down, I replace the battery and it flies back up to continue. Another is premapping an aerial Timelapse. Seeing the flight path line, raising or lowering that path. Setting where to focus then when to drop focus and keep that steady angle. I love getting freeway traffic as golden hour. Also being able to calmly slow down where it doesn't look too harsh and slow to a stop fixed position to ride out the last of the Timelapse.

Question: I am an Expat living overseas. I own a Mavic 3. I have no desire to go back to the US, much less fly my drone there. How does this DJI ban affect me?

I like the business plan, the whole concept of taking a successful product and making it NDAA-compliant. And does the green color allude to the company producing "Green UAS" drones...(Green UAS certification assesses and verifies commercial drones meet the highest levels of cybersecurity and NDAA supply chain requirements)... Thank you for this. Pilot interference and distraction is a main cause of accidents. Remote id will increase this and reduce safety. Not using remote id avoids this. I agree on the use of it for coordinating in the airspace but it should not be public access.

I don't know but if they want us to transmit our locations then maybe pilots in the air should be transmitting their location. It's absolutely ridiculous and given people that information is in fact probably going to lead to dead people so much for keeping things safe.

I truly wish them luck and see them filling the space well. I also hope the ban doesn’t happen as someone who has invested a lot in DJI drones. But even if the ban does Not happen, I see Anzu being successful. So many other industries I’m involved in, people will buy and prefer things that are simply not made in china, ban or not. If this ban does go through I think this company can make a killing if you could just send them your drone they could flash firmware and send me a new controller. Instead of made in America, refurbished in America. Good interview. Can't wait for the review, especially of the software.

DJI is a Chineese owned company and by definition the CCP owns 20% and the DOD AND STATE DEPARTMENT have proven the Chinese have access to the data and can take control of the drones! The World has already spent over ＄25billion RIPPING OUT CHINESE TELECOM EQUIPMENT! US we are Ripping and replacing at a cost of $5b all Chinese equipment that can connect to the internet and we have banned CHINESE MOBILE PHONES. NOT JUST uS, but all Western nations and most Asian countries. So your whole premise is off and thus a complete waste of time there after. The is an out and that would be like the Tik Tok out and that would be for DJI to be sold to a non Chinese owner. The items that the Chinese are capturing are hainius and threaten the security of all. Tik tok captures all your locations and 3d facial recognition and voice recognition and access to all of your files on your phone and the ability to take that data at any time. It is in their user agreement and parts that are not are done without permission. The facts have been born out in the government agencies of multiple countries now. The main threat is that the data can be used to open other accounts with your facial recog and from capturing your fingerprints from your logins and screen touch and they can open the mics and phots and GPS at any time not just when in use. The largest red flag is the PROXIMITY ANCILLARY DATA CAPTURE. yep they capture the data from those on your screen next to you and those you are connected with and they create known accomplis data bases to used for current advertising and for later social credit score and then of course the the nefarious items like ID theft and AI theft putting in places you are not at and framing you. This is all real crimes that are happening. Hence the government is for once actually looking out for us. And now you are against yourself just for convenience reasons. Hey, I don't see a problem all I know is they are cheap and they work well and it will be an issue for me to switch. All viable reasons and I think there should be some sort of renumeration. Or kike you talk away to block the drone from connecting. The issue then remains when you send it for diagnostics and they grab the logs and the data that we don't known they have as as well because they are a Chinese government company

Great video, at the beginning Paul mentioned this option at an affordable price. The prices I seen last week was significantly higher compared to original design dji price. BUT, if this is the ONLY acceptable and successful option, they will sell...No problem.

Bet you $100 that this drone will NOT be sold in China. Not because of price, it won't be sold in China BECAUSE the Chinese government outlaws the sale of any foreign drone which utilizes GNSS/GIS tech or collects GNSS/GIS data within China. American MFG's have a good right to petition for the gov't to do something about that imbalance, they cannot sell their drones in China but Chinese drones can be sold the US? How is that economically fair? And, if you add in the fact that DJI is a monopoly - a foreign monopoly - with billion$ plus in financial backing of Chinese state investment funds, it's entirely unfair and hurts domestic mfg. It would be good to see Anzu expand beyond the licensed DJI M3 line, collab with other politically safe companies, ideally in the US. And above all, Anzu should look to be active in petitioning the gov't when it undertakes a ban to offset that with help for domestic mfg/drone companies with tax credits, investment credits etc. Also would be good if Anzu gave a comprehensive rundown of what is exactly DJI licensed, DJI mfg components, etc as well as their plan for the future. Where is the DJI custom silicon being mfg? Aloft does flight firmware, who does firmware for components/chips? BAckdoors/vulnerabilities in those? Security is 2FA or something higher, AWS can be very leaky, can I use my own server for data?.

Bad feeling on this one. We’ll see. Not a solid track record to rely on.

As someone who has been “cased” by a known bad guy I want to know an ID of someone loitering over my property. If it is the functional equivalent of a license plate I’m happy. I don’t want to confront the operator, but I do want to be able to provide a “license plate” if I feel I need to call 911.
